Indoor climbing is an exciting and challenging sport that has grown significantly in popularity over recent years. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced climber, indoor climbing offers a controlled environment to develop your skills, improve your fitness and have fun.

With over 40 routes to the top of our 7m wall and varying grades of difficulty, there's a challenge for everyone.
Our team of instructors will get you harnessed up and clipped in and you will be scaling the heights in no time. They'll introduce you to the skills needed to climb safely with auto-belays so whether you start with the simplest route or want to test yourself as the session progresses, you’ll be taught a number of techniques to help you reach the top.
This 60 minute lesson is suitable for adults and children over 8 years old, minimum weight 10kg and maximum weight 140kg. Subject to availability.
